Independent Luxury Homes and its partnering vendors are looking to be the leaders in changing today’s new construction market. Through the Independent Luxury Benefit Fund, we are providing education and service, as well as helping people in many different situations of need. We are facilitating a much needed change in our community and making dreams come true for our friends, family and neighbors.

An Independent Luxury Home is designed around the principles of universal design, green build and energy efficiency.  The technology and tools currently exist, we are dedicated to incorporating these advancements into today's new construction standards.

Though the idea may not be new, what we will accomplish will be ground-breaking. We believe that we will affect the way in which homes will be built from this day forward. You have the opportunity to be a part of something of vital importance, at the ground level, that will make a significant difference in the lives of the people in need of a universally designed, environmentally friendly, energy efficient home. 

Independent Luxury Benefit Fund

The Independent Luxury Benefit Fund is a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization originated by a group of professionals related to the home building industry. Independent Luxury Benefit Fund is dedicated to facilitating a change in today’s new construction market. We are committed to educating the community, the marketplace and the vendors in the implementation of Universal Design, Energy Efficiency and Green Building measures as well as helping an individual or family in need.  It is our goal to donate one home per year to a person or family in need.  Our first home in Ramsey, Minnesota will be given away at the end of the 2007 Spring Parade of Homes.

Independent Luxury Homes is an organization that is designing and building custom homes in single family neighborhoods around the metro area.  The corporation has been set up to donate over 30% of its profit to community education, research and charitable donation. 

Independent Luxury Homes can provide a custom built, single family, 1450 sq. ft.  rambler style home, for as low as $300,000.00 to today's market.  ILH is dedicated to not only searching out the most up to date technology and quality products and materials, but to incorporating them into a home that everyone can afford.
